Magic Carpet is a stunning, bright bubbly Pet Nat made from beautiful Swan Valley, chenin blanc. Hand harvested, whole bunch pressed to tank for a chill ferment. Then hand bottled with a touch of natural residual sugar to get the perfect amount of fizz.
