Sheesh, this is good gear. We love EdenFlo, a one-man-band of Andrew Wardlaw, who has quietly been making natural wine since the mid-90s but didn’t know it had a name. Recent years have seen Andrew ramping up the organic growing, dialing down further the winemaking influences, and shaping a new look range. The wines are seriously brilliant. This skin fermented white is stunning, rippling with chalky-pucker of tannins, bright in citrus-green apple fruit freshness, slipping in a savoury, brambly character that brings a wild edge. It’s top-tier orange wine from Australia.
