Cartoixa Vermill (90%) with a touch of Petit Verdot and Ull de Llebre. Flotation method here with part of the CV direct pressed and whole bunches thrown into the juice for two weeks to macerate. Close to the end of the ferment everything was pressed to tank for élevage. Mineral reduction, the taste is of small tight tart red berries. A masterpiece. - Mesa Wine
