Flor de Luna Destilería Gin

In 2015, Hillhamn Salome founded Flor de Luna Distillery, the first micro-distillery and first 100% women run distillery in Mexico City. Sourcing only natural ingredients the distillery works extensively with local suppliers from within Mexico City.

Flor de Luna is a nod to a London dry style with a twist. Named ‘Chilanga’ gin, Chilanga being a slang word for people who are from Mexico City. A juniper forward gin, coriander seed, angelica root, back petter, orange and lime peel and rosemary round out this pleasing Mexico City terroir gin.
