First bottled in 1986 the Granato is Elisabetta Foradori's first "riserva" level wine. Sourced from just 4 hectares of vines, with the oldest plantings going back to 1938 and the youngest from vines planted in 1956. The vineyard is on traditional pergola trellising.
Matured in large foudres Granato displays wild strawberry, fennel and wild mountain herbs. Fine lace tannins and inky dark fruits glide effortlessly across the palate.
