The much awaited wines from Frankly, Bob's new vineyard, Kanimbla.
At the Kanimbla vineyard we do everything by hand to have a limited production. This achieves a wine that has high levels of concentration, but maintains freshness and palate drive. It is a semillon, pinot noir (made as a white wine) and sauvignon blanc. The wine is straight pressed to an old french oak barrique. Bottled after 8 months on full lees, then a year in bottle before release. Great wine is rewarded with time in bottle. - Tom and Jess, wine makers
