Another little ripper from Bob up in Blackheath. Due to the simple physical restraints of a tiny manual basket press, means that this wine sees a little bit of skin contact. It's just a single old french oak barrel release so it is ridiculously limited. You get a slight hint of oxidative nuttiness straight off the bat, followed by lots of fresh lemon juice and just ripe apple characters. Open this wine and just watch it evolve as it warms up in the glass. Yum!
