Fukuchiyo Shuzo pays tribute to the Nabeshima samurai who ruled the Saga domain for centuries. The ferment is brewed with "the king of Sake rice", Yamada Nishiki and polished to 50% (Daiqinjo).
Delicate florals with pear and fennel aromas. The palate enters with sweet honeydew melon and aniseed characteristics and finishes gently dry with some slight spices. Doesn't require a food pairing or if choosing food select a delicate and refined dish to best compliment.
