Fundo Del Parral Pisco Italia

Single grape variety pisco from two families who joined forces in 2013 with the aim of taking Peruvian spirit production to the next level. Produced in small batches utilising a distinct drip-to-drip method that yields up to one litre per hour, this particular incarnation is made with pure Italia grapes. Nice, aromatic and subtle sweetness found here, with notes of strawberries, blueberries and fennel seeds. Pisco like you’ve never tasted before!

Use it in the Captain cocktail which was the preferred drink of the Peruvian army generals during their night patrols in the Andean highlands and of our lovely pisco importer/distributor Rosa!

Build over ice in a tumbler: 45ml of pisco Italia, 30ml of rosso vermouth, dash of Angostura bitters and a twist of orange.
