Fundo Del Parral Pisco Quebranta 500ml

Single grape variety pisco from two families who joined forces in 2013 with the aim of taking Peruvian spirit production to the next level. Produced in small batches utilising a distinct drip-to-drip method that yields up to one litre per hour, this particular incarnation is made with pure quebranta grapes. Ripe, tropical fruits dominate the flavour profile – think banana and mango – but you’ll get hits of apples, strawberries and marzipan, too. No need to make cocktails with this one, top with soda or tonic in a glass full of ice and get stuck in!
