Pinot gris with a splash of gewurztraminer makes for a deep pinky orange colour that is incredibly pleasing. This wine macerates for one month which develops said colour and the tannin structure in this wine. Matured in steel tanks, all the texture and dryness comes from the time spent on skins. This is a beautiful wine that pairs well with rich food (think, melty cheeses, potato, etc.) but just as well with oysters and a salty breeze.
