She moved to the Jura to study winemaking and biodynamics, and then spent some time working in nearby Bugey, with Gregoire Perron. After spending time in Bugey, she knew this was where she wanted to make wine herself. Her first vintage was in 2018 from her tiny initial holdings of 0.28ha of vines. She now has almost 4 hectares and creates a range of delicate beautiful wines.
This wine is altesse from Bugey, in the commune of Corbonod. Grown over clay and limestone, the grapes are crushed before being aged for 9 months in fiber glass vats, with no sulphur used at any point. This wine is characterised by its minerality, with noes of violets and mountain herbs, bergamot, honey and hazelnut. Aptly titled Sans Titre (Untitled in english) for the Highness who does not have her royal title.
