Old school winemaker. Outdoor qvevri, sealed with clay, then lawn goes back on top. In Imereti. Sees no skin contact, ends up very pure and fine boned.

Opens with savoury notes, light clay scents, walnut/almond, delicate stone fruit, touch of green melon. Very fragrant yet detailed. Mouthwatering and succulent, has a light honeyed character with green apple and more green melon. Pure-feeling to the utmost with a light kiss of clay-savouriness. Very lovely and a very complete wine.
