Emmeram, the charismatic savvy son of the well-loved, cult-favourite family tree of Austrian wine 'personalities' from Gut Oggau is straight-up gewurtztraminer. Signature mix of lychees, ginger, pineapple, grapefruit and white pepper. Aromatic, no doubt, with some residual sugar, but all brought together by a fine line of acidity and an oxidative touch.
