Having spent time visiting and then working across NSW's broad and ever changing wine scene, Mem felt inspired create a class to share the delights within our home state. Having spent time working throughout Australia and most recently in NSW's broad and ever changing wine scene you'll hear all about the state's, at times, chequered, history to modern day standouts (piquettes anyone?). You'll get to experience the veritable cornucopia of drinking available in NSW right now.
Join Mem for an evening of adventure, laughs and learning, not to mention 6-8 wines from the likes of some of the pioneers of natural wine in NSW and a few modern day mavericks turning tradition on its head.
