A classic expression of Yarra Chardonnay with some fresher notes of grapefruit and white stonefruit with some pleasing texture and phenolics. Anytime, anywhere Chardonnay. Lemon chicken, Salt in your hair, Potato scallop. Fresh but distinctively Chardonnay

From a single vineyard in Yarra Glen.  Grapes are whole bunch pressed, gravity to old oak for fermentation and maturation, always wild yeast, couple of stirs and some natural malolactic conversion. Out of barrel after about 10 months. - Honky Chateau
