Honky Chateau Fawnsy Skin Contact 2024

We love this from the winemaker, legendary Melbourne sommelier Christ Ryan: My lover’s middle name is Fawn. I call her Fawnsy. Fawnsy likes skin contact wines so I made this for her. It also tastes like a margarita which Fawnsy also likes. Mainly Viognier picked early, some Sauv Blanc and a single barrel of

Chardonnay. Aged in old oak and tank. About 3 weeks on skins. Retaining vibrant fruit so limiting oxidation which means just a slight golden hue. Sessionable skin contact.
