Inspired by the darker rosado wines of Italy, Clairet wines of Bordeaux and rose wines of Tavel. A homage to Sander Kleinenberg's 'The Fruit.' Serve cold, with friends. Lots of red fruits; macerated strawberry, ripe raspberry and rhubarb. Florals of rose petal and red frogs. Palate is slurpy, both crunchy and soft. Mouth filling and moreish. - Honky Chateau
