This wine is made up of 80% ploussard, 15% trousseau and 5% savagnin, quite the combo here with the traditional reds of Jura spiked with the complex, local white grape. Good times! Of course amazing organic farming underpins the wines and natural winemaking is at its utmost with zero additives - no sulphur included - the wine raied in stainless steel and acacia barrels. Expect brambly berries, undergrowth and spicy, pickled cherry characters. Acidity is fresh, tannins soft but gently puckering, the wine flows calmly into the distance and finishes with exotic spice.
