Iago Bitarishvili is known as 'the chinuri master', such is his hold on the unique, indigenous Georgia grape variety. Therefore, opening a bottle of this is a mind's eye into some of the most fascinating, delicious, complex examples possible from the variety. It's a heady wine in perfume of pot pourri, floral characters, stone fruits and mustardy-spice, while the palate is electric in acidity, squeaky textured, vibrant in stone fruit character and exceptionally long in flavour. It's such a wonderful thing to drink, charismatic and refreshing. Outstanding wine here. Yew!
