Summer is coming and it's time to stock up on this beautiful Australian Lambrusco style bubbles. Made by Tim Ward it is made up of salamino and lambrusco maestri grapes grown on the Chalmers vineyard in Merbein, Western Victoria.
It's a bomb of red fruits on the nose with a touch of rose petals. Then the palate is dry, refreshingly dry! Juicy, lovely long finish - drink by itself or take it to a BBQ.
