Red fruited, savoury, earthy elements, game meat, undergrowth and dried leaves, caraway seeds, alpine herbs. Succulent and fresh, fine, gently chalky in texture and finishes with a twist of bitter herbs and subtle, almost Fernet-like character. This ticks boxes. Refreshing, energetic, pure and fine. Gossamer. The lighter yet energetic feel is superb.
