Nick Jeffery's latest release. Intricate Victoria Syrah gets a youthful facelift. from a vineyard he farms himself, with no additions whatsoever. Mostly wholebunch fermented, giving it a raw and unalduterated edge, but the rest is crushed and left on skins for almost two weeks which lends a tannic touch. Classy and dignified, but with plenty of energy and grace. Just lovely.
