A shiraz viognier from New England.
What a wine! Sinewy yet inwardly sweet-fruited, wildly perfumed (yet not overtly floral despite the viognier), precise and bristling with energy. Sleek though shows a wild, herbal, savoury edge. Tannins ripple through the wine, finishes super long, powdery and chewy. Structure, energy, personality all here. This is a delicious, seriously good wine. - Mike Bennie, The Wine Front
