Joao Tavares de Pina Rufia Clarete 2022

João Tavares de Pina is old family estate based in Dao, Portugal that has been farming with biodynamic principals since the early 90's. Their vineyards are located 500 metres above sea level surrounded by forests practice agriculture without chemicals and grow complimentary plants that guarantee a balanced ecosystem and protection against disease.

Rufia is a blend of rufete and touriga nacional. This wine loves a chill. Bright, crunchy cherry juice with a surprising savoury edge.
