Judith Beck Out 2023

Inspired by the vision of Rudolf Steiner, Judith uses biodynamic methods, all her wines are certified as such since 2010 and nearly all of them are certified organic as well. Hand harvested, unfined and unfiltered, with low to no SO2, her elegant reds and aromatic whites reflect the true essence of the Burgenland Region.

Out is 60/40 blaufrankisch and zweigelt, or thereabouts. It’s medium-bodied, sour dark cherries with an earthy quality, bright sappy acidity and distinct mineral character.
