Another full family venture coming out of Jura. The Labet family from the area of Sud Revermont have now moved into their second generation, with the two sons and daughter taking over the domaine. Julien has always been a massive fan of Jean-François Ganevat and there are definitely similarities in the wines produced by the two domaines. This pinot noir is completely destemmed by hand and undergoes a partial carbonic maceration before the primary fermentation. Therefore you are left with quite a bright wine with plenty of reductive complexity and texture. If you like edgy wines with a bit of a saline edge, then jump on this wine!
