A fragrant and appealing start. Juicy and bouncy in texture, light on and hugely refreshing cherry flavours, turns pomegranate/cranberry to close with a building pucker of slate-like minerally tannins. Rolling pinch of tannins and acid just lovely to finish. Yum.
