Organically farmed chardonnay from Murdock Hill in Oakbank. Classic chardonnay here with wonderful integration of fruit and artifact. White peach and golden apple with delicate white spice, grilled nuts and wet straw. The plate is creamy thanks to eleven months on lees. Yellow nectarine and grapefruit with a lemon like acidity backed by pithy tannins. Bourgogne blanc fans will be delighted!
