A far cry from your Basic Rosé here, reviving the red-white blend methodology. Mostly directly pressed pinot noir from Mount Gambier, combined with even more pinot and chardonnay from the Adelaide Hills. You get the best of both worlds as a result - blood plums, pomegranate and sour cherries with lemons and pink grapefruit. Gets that sweet-sour ratio just right, with a charge of acidity and plenty of pucker. Serve ice old on a scorching day for maximum pleasure.
