Grown by Garry Rice at Rice’s Vineyard in Concongella. The grapes are picked to be a more plush style before being fermented in barrel and matured in tank.
Rich pink in colour, a bouquet of raspberry, watermelon, strawberry, spice, and amaro. The palate displays rich berries and melon rind with zesty orange peel and gentle peppercorn adding some savoury balance.
Flinty, mineral with so much texture to boot!
