Grown on Wadawurrung land in Sutherlands Creek. The Bin Chicken project aims to take grapes that would otherwise struggle to sell and make them an income stream for the growers. This is a blend of ribolla gialla, fiano, greco and moscato giallo.
Lemon balm, thyme and saline green apple. Bin chicken = good times!
