Little Frances Hunter Valley Semillon 2022

What a coup, this wine is made from Tyrrell’s HVD Vineyard 1997 planting. Howzat?! Wild yeast fermented and lees comes into play.

A much more textural and medium weight experience than most from the Hunter, gently creamy, whipped with cashew nut and lanolin with hallmark lemon zest and limey tang. Fragrant and pretty to sniff on, whiffs of sea spray in there, briny to taste, long, lush in a way and finishes on a slick of sugared almond. I really like this, an outsider in some respects, but nailed.  - The Wine Front
