Strong perfume evocative of cherry jam, sarsaparilla, brambles, pepper amd fennel. Beautiful start. Toothsome, fuller Booj kind of vibe, but still rests on tart acidityand lifts on train tracks of subtle but building, chewy tannin. Ultra vibrant feel, finishes with squeaky amaro vibe and a little granite-like mineral charm. This is superb.
