This is bursting with red and purple fruit flavour. Foot-crushed after a little carbonic-maceration and aged in stainless steel, its all about them grapes. Some smoky notes and lifts of herbal tea, with a nice slice of acidity. Good with any tomato sauce, especially if its on pizza in the park.
Luca named the wine Lollo after his son’s nickname, strangely enough Lollo Rosso means red husk in Italian and is also the name of a lettuce variety!
