From a patch on a nice vineyard in Piccadilly Valley run by sixth gen farmers of that place. Pressed off to large oak and away we go.
So saline, tangy and fresh, crisp and tightly wound, pristine and citrusy, a lick of green apple juice in there, all whoosh and crunch. Very light, transparent almost, but that bustle of minerally zing is ever apparent and makes things all mouth-watering and delicious. - The Wine Front
