This is sauvignon blanc with pinots gris and blanc in the mix. Sauvignon gets a bath in its own juices then is pressed off to ceramic eggs while the other two varieties hang out in barrel and get blended back in.
Sea spray, green apple, brown skinned pears and a floral lift in the bouquet. That's a pretty start. Juicy in the palate, slippery too, an attractive oiliness sticks to the palate and flavours are light and bright in their way. Waxy texture ahoy. Drinks a charm. - The Wine Front
