All Ablington Vineyard fruit, which is all organic. A portion is whole bunch fermented. The attempt here is more elegant, finely framed, in its style.
Slippery, just shy of medium weight, quite intense, choc-cherry characters, light peppery spice, some fennel and faint mintiness in the mix too. Tannins are sleek and roll into an emery board pucker. Flesh and juiciness a calling card despite the more refined feel. Some boysenberry jubilance in there too. - The Wine Front
