We aim to express the simplicity of the fruit into the bottle with a minimal intervention approach to winemaking. We chose to focus our attention to lesser known, hot climate varietals, in particular those indigenous to Sicily. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAn aromatic, lighter bodied Nero D'Avola made from hand harvested fruit, sourced from the Murray Darling region of Victoria. Pressed \u0026amp; made lovingly on Wonnarua Country in the Hunter Valley region of NSW, and fermented in Indian clay pots known as Kothi.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAromas of black cherry, plum, blackberry, and red currant with subtle  notes of violet \u0026amp; black pepper.
