This truly is a throwback to the forgotten amaro that was a Piedmontese specialty. The Marolo Distillery spent months researching and experimenting to create this delightful product. This amaro despite using nineteen herbs, fruits and roots has such tremendous balance with no completely overriding note. All natural ingredients sourced and foraged with beautiful genepy, gentian and anise characters. Perfect to have just on the rocks or in an array of different cocktails. 2017 // 700ml // ABV 32%
