Mikulski's Burgundy's are stunning. Pure, unrelentingly fresh, delicate and just so damn drinkable. These are idiosyncratic but excellent wines that show fruit over winemaking edifice, low in oak and high in the personality of their communes or vineyard sites. This is all green apple, sea spray, saline acidity and crunchy texture, though the judicious maturing in our cellar means a more mellow approach to each sip. This is top of the tree cult wine, released with age, a true gift to whoever ends up drinking it. Salute.
