Since 1993, Mike Boudry and Greta Moon have been going about making their small batch, outstanding wines. This is one of those great, long term stories about awesome organic (certified biodynamic now) farming, minimal intervention before that was even a phrase, pitch-perfect natural winemaking. Located on the banks of the Goulburn River at Nagambie, the vines are hand-pruned to low yields and hand harvested. A beautiful place to raise soulful wines. This is a textural white of deep flavour but high refreshment factor. Think ripe citrus, sea spray, faint nuttiness, beeswax, honeycomb - all the charm and deliciousness and yet a slightly wild expression. So worth the exploration, this is one to impress the hell out of people. Legit.
