Traditionally made orange wine from across the Tasman. Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc that sees plenty of time on skins alongside barrel and bottle ageing prior to release. Ripe orange and mandarin on the nose with a spike of clove, touch of honey and a faint toastiness. Chewy texture, fine yet firm tannins, with really great length.
