This is a wine from a wet vintage in southern Moravia, a blend of pinot noir, blaufrankisch, St Laurent, short maceration and short time in old oak. The 'entry level' range for Nestarec, bottled at a one litre size. Good times.
Juicy, bright and ready to roll. Very fresh, tart/tangy cherry juice, some bloody mulberry notes, light dusting of pepper, some rosemary and sage spice in the mix. So lively and thirst-quenching to drink, and such a pure, fresh delight. Wonderful wine to drink. - The Wine Front
