Out on the eastern slopes of the Adelaide hills you come across a wonderland of farming. Erin and Janet have been working wonders on their biodynamic vineyard since its inception in 2001, let alone their orchards and vegetable gardens (a true example of polyculture growing). Moving to their pet nat, which is a mix of 7 different varieties together to make a perplexing and complex wine. Starts off with fresh blood oranges on the nose and moves towards more complex notes of crème fraîche and cassis. It really has a beautiful red berry palate with zesty acidity, made for drinking in the autumn sun. Delish!
