Don’t get us wrong – we love wine, and we love cheese, too. But more often than not, despite what the popular imagination tells, we find that these wonderful works of nature don’t always make such sweet music together. Maybe it’s the acid. Maybe it’s the tannin. Maybe it’s the milkfat. Whatever the case, there’s a whole wide world of delicious drinks out there, and the sky’s the limit when it comes to pairing possibilities. We’ve scoured the farthest reaches of the fridges and shelves for the esoteric and extreme, built to stand up to the distinct and diverse spectrum of textures and tastes found in artisan cheeses, and we want to experience them together, along with you.
