A very grown-up wine from the queen of Sicilian naturals, Arianna Occhipinti. Completely organic and biodynamically farmed, a blend of Sicily's most well-regarded varietals, Nero d'Avola and Frappato. Macerated cherries, tobacco and figs with savoury elements, liquorice and some peppery spice. Very concentrated but with generous acidic freshness. Can cellar for a little while too.
