A rich, malt-heavy farmhouse-style ale fermented in stainless then spent 10 months in new French oak with saison yeast added and bottled with brettanomyces. Stewed, chewy black cherries, plums and Christmas cake cupboard spices. Great with slow roasted meats or savoury desserts. Also great to cellar for a few years. Also great to open right this second because only 600 were made and time's a wasting.
