Plus Personal Wines Fu-Ten 2022

Plus Personal Wines was established in 2019 by Taka a wine freak sommelier photographer from Japan with the philosophy of minimal intervention in other words letting nature do what nature does. 

This is made from syrah from the Adelaide Hills. In reality, it's just a few grades above a rosé wine, super light and fine, though it doesn't escape its dark cherry, game meat, dried herb elements. Kind of sloshy, kind of crisp, entirely delicious, super fun to drink and yet a little fine boned and elegant too. Lovely stuff.
