Plus Personal Wines Greek Life 2023

Plus Personal Wines was established in 2019 by Taka a wine freak, sommelier, photographer from Japan with the philosophy of minimal intervention in other words letting nature do what nature does. We like it. 

This is a blend of mostly syrah with semillon blended in. It ends up being a really frisky, refreshing, bright and vivacious lighter red wine that feels destined for chilling. Gulpable stuff, all the tart red berries, a bit of rose hip tea, some sweet earthiness and a bit of dried herbs. Yes thanks, fun plus.
